License & Intellectual Property
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access courses for personal or authorized team use. All content remains the property of Filmnest Nexus and its licensors.
Payments & Refunds
Fees are disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds are available within 14 days for individual purchases under 25% completion unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service. Do not interfere with access or security, or misuse communications features.
Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is” without warranties, including for fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Practical assignments may involve risk—follow safety guidelines and local regulations at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filmnest Nexus and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost profits arising from use of the Service.
